Nicole is also a parent of a child with Down syndrome, which led her to becoming actively involved with Down Syndrome Connection of Northwest Arkansas (DSCNWA) to improve support for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Nicole now devotes herself to this cause professionally as the Director of Operations at the DSCNWA, where she works to make a positive impact on Down syndrome support across Northwest Arkansas.
